Camp Kitchen BBQ must be pre booked. Please arrange your time slot during office hours: 9:30 am - 3:30 pm.

Our pool is open to those aged under 18 years (with Covid-19 restrictions)
Government Directions 

The Directions apply to regional Victoria from 11.59 pm on 18th October 2020
Under the directions, caravan parks in regional Victoria may be operated for the purposes of tourism subject to the following conditions:


Re-opening is subject to the public gathering and "visitors to the home" restrictions which are:

  • Public gatherings of up to ten people outdoors; and

  • Social bubbles must be created with households allowing up to five visitors from one other nominated household at a time.

     
Each group booking must be limited to:

  • The people you live with, your intimate partner, or the household you have formed a bubble with (your household can book accommodation with up to five members of your bubble household).

  • Sharing with the people you live with, your intimate partner, or two other people and their dependents. You can stay with other people, but you cannot share a bedroom, unless it is with your intimate partner or someone from your household.

  

  1. Persons from separate bookings cannot share bedrooms; and

  2. Surfaces accessible exclusively to a particular group are to be cleaned between groups
     

The health and safety of our staff and guests is our number one priority.
We are doing our best to keep you safe and ask that you too, take responsibility in helping keep everyone safe.


Here's a few reminders on how you can help us:

  • Stay at home if you have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), however mild.

  • Sanitise your hands before entering buildings and facilities, we have automatic sanitising stations throughout the park.

  • Practise good hygiene – wash your hands and cough and sneeze into a tissue or your elbow.

  • Keep your distance – stay 1.5 metres away from anyone you don’t live with.

  • Face coverings must be worn when leaving your site or accommodation.

  • Covid declaration forms to be completed prior to arrival. These will be emailed to you.

  • Bookings paid in full prior to arrival. We can also arrange contactless check ins, Please contact our office the day before arrival to arrange this. Office hours are 9:30 am - 3:30 pm. 


Our pool is now open to persons aged under 18 years subject to maximum numbers and only one carer per child that can't swim allowed in the pool and facility and one carer per child that can swim allowed in the facility. Maximum numbers will be displayed at the door and guests are expected to comply.

I have travelled from overseas recently
You are required to self-isolate in accordance with the Australian Government Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) policy during the dates of your stay.

I’m in self isolation due to being in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19

I want to move my booking to a later date:
For all bookings being affected by lockdown- we will contact you with your options.

We are experiencing a high demand of phone calls and emails and are doing our best to respond as quickly as we can.

What are you doing to protect against COVID-19?
Our focus is on the health and overall well being of our guests, visitors and staff members.
We have supercharged our already vigilant cleaning routines of all amenities, accommodation and communal areas.


ALL of our staff hold certificates in COVID-19 infection control training.

Anyone who enters our park must complete a declaration prior to arrival and if they do not meet the requirements they are not allowed access.
