I have travelled from overseas recently
You are required to self-isolate in accordance with the Australian Government Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) policy during the dates of your stay.
This includes:All people who arrive in Australia from overseas after midnight 15 March 2020

Change your booking dates or put a credit on your account for a 12 month period to re-book your stay, with no administration fee

What if you close?
Being a small family owned and operated business,
we are here and are open for essential travel purposes only.
If we are advised to close and it will directly affect your booking we will contact you

I have called or emailed and haven’t heard back.
We are experiencing a high demand of phone calls and emails and are doing our best to respond as quickly as we can.

What are you doing to protect against COVID-19?
Our focus is on the health and overall well being of our guests, visitors and staff members.
We have supercharged our already vigilant cleaning routines of all amenities, accommodation and communal areas.

ALL of our staff hold certificates in in COVID-19 infection control training.

Anyone who enters our park must complete a declaration prior to arrival and if they do not meet the requirements they are not allowed access. 

We appreciate your patience during this time and understand it is hard on everyone. Please stay safe and be kind.
