COVID-19



As of 5:00 pm on the 31st of December 2020 Face masks must be warn in all indoor areas.

We do not accept any guests who are required to self isolate
This includes:
Anyone considered a close contact to someone who has tested positive to COVID-19
Anyone who is required to self isolate 
Anyone awaiting a COVID-19 test result
Anyone who has been in an exposure site- click here for up to date exposure sites


Have you been in NSW recently?? Government ruling around NSW travel.
Victorians who returned from the Green Zone before 12:59am on 1 January 2021, need to get tested and self-isolate at home until they get a negative test result.
Victorians who arrived from the Green Zone after that time and before 11.59pm 1 January 2021 need to get tested and self-isolate at home for 14 days
Victorians in the Blue Mountains City Council and Wollongong City Council local government areas must have arrived before 12:59am on 1 January 2021 and self-isolate at home for 14 days.

Our BBQ areas are open, numbers restricted (signage on entry)

  • You must register your details (name, site number & time ) on the registration sheet in the BBQ area

  • Clean area after use.
     

Facilities remain open- Maximum guest numbers apply to all areas and are displayed on entry.

Our indoor heated pool is open

  • Maximum guest numbers will be displayed at the pool entry. 

     

The health and safety of our staff and guests is our number one priority.
We are doing our best to keep you safe and ask that you too, take responsibility in helping keep everyone safe.


Here's a few reminders on how you can help us:

  • Stay at home if you have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), however mild.

  • Sanitise your hands before entering buildings and facilities, we have automatic sanitising stations throughout the park.

  • Practice good hygiene – wash your hands and cough and sneeze into a tissue or your elbow.

  • Keep your distance – stay 1.5 metres away from anyone you don’t live with.

  • Face coverings must be worn when leaving your site or accommodation.

  • Covid declaration forms to be completed prior to arrival. These will be emailed to you.

  • Bookings paid in full prior to arrival. We can also arrange contactless check ins, Please contact our office the day before arrival to arrange this. Office hours are 9:30 am - 3:30 pm. 



I have travelled from overseas recently
You are required to self-isolate in accordance with the Australian Government Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) policy during the dates of your stay.
This includes: All people who arrive in Australia from overseas after midnight 15 March 2020

Change your booking dates or put a credit on your account for a 12 month period to re-book your stay, with no administration fee.

If costs vary between booking dates, additional fees may apply.

I’m in self isolation due to being in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19

If we are advised to close and it will directly affect your booking, we will contact you


I have called or emailed and haven’t heard back.
We are experiencing a high demand of phone calls and emails and are doing our best to respond as quickly as we can.

What are you doing to protect against COVID-19?
Our focus is on the health and overall well being of our guests, visitors and staff members.
We have supercharged our already vigilant cleaning routines of all amenities, accommodation and communal areas.


ALL of our staff hold certificates in COVID-19 infection control training.

Anyone who enters our park must complete a declaration prior to arrival and if they do not meet the requirements they are not allowed access.
