Cancellation & Administration Policy:
Cancellations: Refund less 10% of total tariff provided booking is re-let in full.
Transfer of booking Will incur a 10% administration fee to a maximum of $30.00. Your booking must be transferred to another date within 30 days of previous arrival date. Prices may vary depending on booking rates of new dates booked.
No refund for early departure.
No Show – A forfeit of all monies paid.
3rd party booking cancellation, refer to 3rd party sites policies.
Beyond our control cancellation and transfers policy:
This policy comes into place in the event/s of natural disasters, pandemics, closures, government rulings or anything else that may arise that is out of Anchor Belle Holiday Parks control and bookings are unable to be honored for booked dates.
Booking transfers: No administration fees incurred, travel within 12 months.
Booking Credit: No administration fees incurred, credit to be used within 12 months
Booking cancellation: 10% of total booking amount administration fee
We do not accept American Express/Amex, Diners cards or cheques on arrival
We do not allow open fires within the park.
Boats to be parked in area provided
One car per site/cabin: Extra Cars to be parked in visitor’s car park
All accommodation is NON SMOKING
Guests are reminded that you are liable for any additional charges that may apply if cabins are left in an unacceptable condition and that all damages must be paid for
You will be required to sign an acknowledgement of these conditions on arrival.
Speed limit throughout the park is WALKING PACE ONLY
All rates are in Australian Dollars and Include GST.
Booking Deposits: a 50% deposit of the total booking is required at time of booking.
Bookings to be paid in full prior to arrival
Registration and Payment: Park Guests need to register and pay any outstanding balances before proceeding into the Park.
A credit or debit card will need to be held for all bookings. Cards will only be automatically charged for loss of keys, damage or theft unless otherwise authorized.
Lost key charges: $25.00 per key.
Excess cleaning fee: $100 minimum.
Damages: $100 plus costs of materials minimum.
All accommodation is non smoking, a minimum of $200 is charged for smoking in accommodation.
Direct debit dishonour fee: $15.00.
Parking Penalty: $10.00 per day for boats/jet skis and vehicles not parked in designated areas.
Payment: We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa Card and Eftpos.
You must be at least 18 years of age to book.
A PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN, not just an adult, MUST accompany all guests UNDER 18.
Credit card details must be the same as the booker.
Guests agree that all information given for the booking is true and correct.
Bookings may be rejected at any time if this information fails to meet these terms and conditions.
We always try our best to honour your requirements, but do not guarantee any specific accommodation or site.
We reserve the right to relocate any booking to an accommodation of the same standard.
Any damage to accommodation or park property, theft or extra cleaning costs will be charged to your credit card.
Rates are for two persons per room, per night or total package on special offers, unless stated otherwise.
Guests are required to provide photo identification, a valid credit card and complete a registration card on arrival.
Extra persons/visitors sharing the accommodation or campsite, when room allows, are charged the extra person rate, per person, per night. Please arrange this prior to your booking and pay on arrival. You are responsible to ensure any visitors report to the office on arrival.
Infant 0 – 2 (1 infant free of charge).
Child 2 – 16 years charged per each.
Adult – 16 years and above charged per each.
Special offers are not transferable, must be mentioned at time of booking and subject to terms & conditions & availability.
All bookings are subject to availability.

CHECK IN time is anytime after 2:00 pm.
CHECK OUT is by 10:00 am.
If bookings allow, please pre-arrange early arrivals or late check-outs prior to arrival date - FEES APPLY.
Late check-outs are dependent on availability and need to be arranged prior to departure. A fee applies for all late check-outs.

Promotional material: You and/or the children in Anchor Belle Holiday Park may be photographed for historical and marketing purposes. Please let management know if there is any reason you cannot be photographed.
Should your image be reproduced, you will have no interest in copyright of the image, which is the sole right of Anchor Belle Holiday Park. You will not be entitled to financial reimbursement for participation in photographs and/or their subsequent publication.
A map of park including emergency evacuation procedures will be given on arrival. It is your responsibility to make sure all of your party are aware of this important information.
Late check ins after 9.30 pm may not be accepted.
Please observe office hours in respect of sundry payments and registering visitors etc.
Bedding is provided to all booked beds – bunk beds not made.
NO SMOKING policy applies to all accommodation. A fee of $100 will be charged to your credit card for additional cleaning costs.
Cot requests – Anchor Belle Holiday Park does not have cots or high chairs.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not service your unit during your stay.
No pets allowed in roofed accommodation.
If you have an issue, please bring it to the attention of our office staff immediately so we can rectify the situation.
Pool opening hours are from 9am to 9pm daily*.
* Our pool is closed Victorian 3rd school term- Please check our website for current year dates.
A parent or guardian must accompany all children under the age of 12 in the pool at all times. You are responsible for the safety of your children whilst using the park facilities including the pool. There is no lifeguard.
The games room opening hours are from 9am to 8pm daily.
Main BBQ camp kitchen is open from 8am till 8pm
Other BBQ facilities are available within park after hours
Park amenities are closed at sign posted times for cleaning. Other amenities are available.
A separate key is available on request for our wheelchair accessible facilities.
– Helmets must be worn at all times.
– Children MUST be supervised by a parent/adult.
– Parents are fully responsible for any damage or injury.
– No riding after dusk.

Your tent/van must be kept within the boundaries of your allocated site.
Do not erect a private clothesline other than a small temporary line, which is not within obvious view of others, & please remove at the end of your stay.
Laundry facilities are provided - coin operated.
Remove washing promptly from washing machine, dryers and clotheslines.
Do not wash dishes or BBQ’s in Laundry trough, baths or basins.
WIFI available in most areas of the park at a charge.
We do not allow solid fuel fires with in the park- including Webbers.
It is law to have smoke alarms be fitted to your caravan.
It is your responsibility to have adequate insurance on your property.
Boats & trailers: to be parked in area provided, fees apply. No responsibility will be taken.
One car per site. Extra cars be parked in visitors car park.

We expect noise to be kept to a minimum and cease by 10.30 pm.
Respect others privacy, peace and quiet at all times.
Do not play hard ball games and be mindful of other people’s enjoyment and property.
Maintain sufficient periodical supervision of children, to ensure that the children do not cause a nuisance or inconvenience to other occupants, management of employees of the park.
It is the caravan park owner’s policy to listen to or raise grievances in private during office hours. There is an expectation that an attempt has been made to resolve any dispute between occupants.
MANAGEMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE AT ANY TIME FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH PARK RULES OR BEHAVING IN AN OFFENSIVE OR DISORDERLY MANNER.
